About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the products and services of Technocom Enterprise, a DTI-registered business in the Philippines, also known as Technocom Systems (“Technocom”, “we”, “us”). We have two lines of business:

  • Security and network solutions: sale and installation of CCTV, security and network equipment, with site surveys, warranty support and maintenance.
  • SaaS division: PickleMeet (www.picklemeet.net), the pickleball app for booking courts at partner facilities, joining open play sessions and tracking games, and other business software we may offer.

Part A applies to security and network services. Part B applies to PickleMeet. Part C applies to both. By requesting a quotation, placing an order, creating an account or using our platforms, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Part A

Security and Network Services

A1. Services and Quotations

  • Quotations describe the proposed equipment, scope of work and price, and are valid for the period stated on the quotation.
  • Site surveys may be needed to confirm the scope. Any changes to the agreed scope may require a revised quotation.
  • Product availability and specifications are subject to supplier confirmation.

A2. Payments and Deposits

  • Payment terms, including any required deposit, are stated on the quotation or invoice. Work or dispatch may be scheduled once the required deposit is received.
  • Payments may be made by bank transfer or online through PayMongo or PayPal. All amounts due are shown before you pay.

A3. Installation Scheduling and Site Access

  • Installation dates are agreed with you in advance and confirmed before work starts.
  • You agree to provide safe and timely access to the site, a suitable power supply and any building or management permits needed for the work.
  • Delays caused by site conditions, lack of access or circumstances beyond our control may require rescheduling.

A4. Warranty

Equipment is covered by the applicable manufacturer or product warranty, under the terms set by the manufacturer. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, power surges, unauthorised modification or repair, or normal wear and tear. Workmanship concerns may be raised with us and we will work with you to address them.

A5. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information for quotations, orders, accounts and billing.
  • Use installed CCTV and security systems lawfully, including in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 where cameras capture identifiable individuals.
  • Keep system passwords and account credentials secure and confidential.
  • Follow the operating and care instructions provided with your equipment.

Part B

PickleMeet

PickleMeet is owned and operated by Technocom Enterprise. These are the same terms published at www.picklemeet.net/terms.

B1. What PickleMeet Provides

  • Court booking at partner pickleball facilities and clubs (“venues”).
  • Open play sessions with a digital queue and rotating decks, so players get fair game time.
  • DUPR-rated sessions, where organizers can submit match results to players’ DUPR profiles.
  • Player accounts with stats, leaderboards and My Pickleball Journey.
  • Community features: session chat, photo sharing, private messages, Say Hi and player profiles.
  • Organizer and venue tools for sessions, rosters, courts, bookings and results.
  • Premium, an optional paid player subscription.

We keep improving PickleMeet, so features may be added, changed or removed.

B2. Your Account

  • Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • One account per person. Duplicate or fake accounts may be removed.
  • You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required where you live.

B3. Who Does What

  • Venues and organizers own the courts, run the sessions, set their prices and posted rules, and receive booking payments.
  • PickleMeet runs the platform, the open play queue and decks, and Premium, and bills Premium and platform usage fees.
  • Our payment providers, PayMongo and PayPal, process online payments under their own terms.

PickleMeet is not a party to the play itself. Each venue or organizer is responsible for its courts, sessions and conduct on site.

B4. Court Bookings

  • Bookings depend on availability and are confirmed once the venue verifies your payment.
  • Check the venue, date, time, court and total amount before you pay.
  • Confirmed bookings are final. They cannot be cancelled, refunded or rescheduled unless the venue allows it at its discretion.
  • You may transfer a booking to another player by telling the venue before the booking time.
  • Your slot ends at the booked time even if you arrive late.

B5. Open Play Sessions

  • Reserve a slot from the session page, pay the organizer the exact total shown at checkout, and upload your receipt within the hold window.
  • Your slot is confirmed only when the organizer verifies your payment. Uploading a receipt alone does not confirm it. If your proof can’t be verified, you may upload a clearer copy while the slot is held.
  • Once payment is verified, the booking is final unless the organizer allows otherwise.
  • When a session is full, you can join the waitlist. You pay only once you get a confirmed slot.
  • During play, the queue and decks decide rotation. Follow the organizer’s grace periods and check-in rules.
  • The payment-mode selector at check-in only records how you paid the organizer. It is not a payment.

B6. DUPR-Rated Sessions

  • Sessions marked DUPR-rated let organizers submit results to DUPR, a separate service with its own terms.
  • DUPR decides how ratings are recorded and calculated. PickleMeet only helps send match results.
  • The My Pickleball Journey skill guide is a personal estimate, not an official rating.

B7. Fees and Payments

  • Players pay court and session fees directly to the venue or organizer, using the payment details shown at checkout.
  • Platform usage fees are billed by PickleMeet to partner venues and organizers based on actual use. Venues must report billing errors within 7 days, and approved corrections take 5 to 7 business days.
  • Premium costs PHP 149 a month and renews monthly until cancelled. We give at least 30 days’ notice before any price change.
  • We will announce any new paid feature or fee before it applies.

B8. Refunds and Cancellations (Summary)

The full Refund Policy has the details and takes priority if anything here seems different. In short:

  • Confirmed court bookings and verified open play bookings are final, unless the venue or organizer allows otherwise.
  • Venues and organizers receive your payment and handle refunds under their own policy.
  • No-shows and late arrivals are not refunded.
  • Always made right: double charges or wrong amounts, paid bookings that were never confirmed, venue closures and organizer-cancelled sessions. The venue or organizer must refund these, and PickleMeet helps coordinate.
  • Premium: cancel anytime. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid period, with no refund for that period except billing errors.
  • Please contact us before filing a chargeback.

B9. Acceptable Use

To keep PickleMeet friendly and safe, you agree not to:

  • harass, threaten or abuse anyone, or post hate speech, foul language or spam;
  • impersonate someone or create fake accounts;
  • hack, overload or interfere with the app or other people’s accounts; or
  • manipulate the queue, decks, scores or DUPR results.

Rants, complaints and foul language in session chats may be removed automatically. Please raise issues with the organizer or PickleMeet support instead. We may warn, suspend or remove accounts that break these Terms.

B10. Your Content

  • You own what you post, such as messages, photos and profile details.
  • You give PickleMeet a limited licence to show that content inside the app, for example in session chats, rosters and event recaps.
  • Photos shared in a session chat are deleted automatically 15 days after the session.
  • We may remove content that breaks these Terms.

B11. Safety and Disclaimers

  • Pickleball is a physical sport. You play at your own risk and should follow each venue’s safety rules.
  • PickleMeet is not responsible for injuries, disputes, lost items or incidents at any venue or session.
  • We work to keep the app running smoothly but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. PickleMeet outages are not grounds for a court or session refund, but a billing error is always corrected.
  • PickleMeet does not give medical, legal or professional coaching advice.

B12. Deleting Your Account

You can delete your PickleMeet account anytime under Settings → Delete Account. This removes your profile, personal data and Journey records. Some transaction records may be kept as tax and accounting rules require. Please cancel Premium before you delete your account.

Part C

Terms for All Services

C1. Third-Party Payment Providers

Online payments are processed by our third-party payment providers, PayMongo and PayPal, under their own terms and privacy policies. Payment details are entered on and handled by these providers and are not stored by Technocom. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.

C2. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which covers both security and network services and PickleMeet.

C3. Intellectual Property and Prohibited Extraction

Our websites, platforms, software, logos and content, including PickleMeet’s design, interface, database structure, game-rotation logic and documentation, belong to or are licensed to Technocom Enterprise and are protected by law. Product trademarks belong to their respective owners. Your account lets you use our platforms. It gives you no rights to their technology.

You agree not to:

  • scrape, crawl or extract content or data from our websites or platforms by automated means, including bots, scripts, headless browsers, browser extensions and AI agents;
  • reverse engineer or try to derive the source code, algorithms or design of any part of our platforms;
  • copy our content, design or architecture to build, train or run a competing or derivative product;
  • get around any security, rate limit or access control; or
  • access our platforms through any automated interface we have not approved in writing.

Access is logged. We may block access, close accounts and pursue all remedies available under Philippine law.

C4. Privacy

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). On PickleMeet, your display name, not your full name, is shown on leaderboards, rosters and in chat.

C5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Technocom is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profits, data or business opportunities. Security systems help deter and record incidents but cannot guarantee the prevention of theft, loss or damage. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms removes any right you have under Philippine consumer law or limits liability that cannot be limited under Philippine law.

C6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), the Electronic Commerce Act (RA 8792), the Consumer Act (RA 7394) and the Internet Transactions Act (RA 11967). Unresolved complaints may be brought to the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) or another proper Philippine authority. Court cases shall be brought before the proper courts of Quezon City.

C7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our services grow. We will post the new version on this page with a new date and notify PickleMeet Premium members and active venues before major changes take effect. If you keep using our services after that, you accept the updated Terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Refund Policy.
