Technocom Enterprise · Effective and last updated: October 29, 2026

Who We Are and What This Policy Covers

Technocom Enterprise, a DTI-registered business in the Philippines, also known as Technocom Systems (“Technocom”, “we”, “us”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share and protect personal information in connection with our two lines of business:

  • Security and network solutions: the sale and installation of CCTV, security and network equipment, including site surveys, installation, warranty support and maintenance services.
  • SaaS division: our software platforms, including PickleMeet (www.picklemeet.net), and other business software we may offer in the future.

We process personal information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC). We never sell your personal information, and we never share it for advertising.

Information We Collect

  • Contact and inquiry details: your name, company, email address, phone number, site address and the details you share when you request a quotation, site survey or assessment.
  • Service and transaction records: quotations, orders, invoices, delivery and installation records, warranty and maintenance history.
  • Account details (PickleMeet and other platforms): your name, display name, email address, phone number, a one-way-hashed password (nobody at Technocom or PickleMeet can read a stored password) and account settings.
  • Booking details (PickleMeet): court or session, date, time, the reference, the payment method you chose, and the confirmation status.
  • Payment records: your plan, platform usage fees, billing history and only the transaction reference returned by the payment provider. Payment details are entered on and processed by our payment providers, PayMongo and PayPal. They never reach us, and Technocom does not receive or store your full card details.
  • Device and usage data: basic device, browser and anonymous log information (pages and actions) needed to keep our websites and platforms dependable and secure and to spot abuse. No ad-tracking. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Client Premises and CCTV Footage

When we survey, install, repair or maintain systems at your premises, we may incidentally see your premises, network configuration or recorded CCTV footage. We handle this information with care:

  • We access premises, systems and footage only as needed to perform the service.
  • We keep what we see and access strictly confidential.
  • We do not copy, keep or share footage or system information beyond what the service requires, unless you instruct us to or the law requires it.
  • You remain the owner of your CCTV system and footage, and you are responsible for its lawful use at your premises.

How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to inquiries and prepare quotations and site surveys.
  • To deliver products and perform installation, warranty and maintenance services.
  • To create and manage platform accounts and provide platform features.
  • To process and confirm PickleMeet bookings, payment checks and session registrations, and to process subscriptions and platform usage fees and issue receipts.
  • To send the service and transactional messages a booking or order needs, such as confirmation, payment received, follow-up questions, and reschedule or release notices, and to provide customer support.
  • To use your email for account verification, password resets and occasional PickleMeet updates such as free features (for example My Pickleball Journey), tips and community news. You can unsubscribe anytime via the link in any email.
  • To keep our websites and platforms secure and to prevent fraud and abuse.
  • To comply with tax, accounting and other legal obligations.

We process personal information based on your consent, the performance of a contract with you, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests, as allowed under the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

PickleMeet: Clubs, Venues and Public Display

  • PickleMeet runs the platform. The clubs and venues listed on it are the businesses you actually book with. Together we keep the personal information this policy describes, and this policy applies the same way across the whole app: sessions, clubs, court bookings and community chat.
  • Booking and payment details are shared with the club or venue you booked with, because they open the court and confirm your payment. For a club’s own booking rules, the club knows them best.
  • Your display name, not your full name, is shown on leaderboards, rosters and in chat.
  • Photos shared in a session chat are deleted automatically 15 days after the session.

Sharing and Third-Party Processors

We share personal information only as needed, with:

  • the PickleMeet club, venue or organizer you booked with, for that booking;
  • payment providers, only when you choose an online payment, to process it under their own privacy policies;
  • DUPR, for sessions marked DUPR-rated, so organizers can submit match results to your DUPR profile;
  • service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, email, form handling and cloud infrastructure providers, bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations;
  • manufacturers, distributors or authorised service centres, where needed to process a warranty claim; and
  • government authorities, when required by law or a lawful order.

We never sell your personal information, and we never share it for advertising.

Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes in this policy. Account and booking history stays while your account is active, plus the period tax and accounting rules require. Transaction records may outlive an account because the law requires them to be kept. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.

Security Measures

We apply reasonable organisational, physical and technical security measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, including access controls, encrypted connections, one-way-hashed password storage and confidentiality obligations for our personnel and service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.

Personal Data Breaches

If a personal data breach occurs, we will act promptly to contain and assess it and, where required by the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and NPC rules, notify the National Privacy Commission and the affected data subjects within the required period.

Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right:

  • to be informed about how your personal information is processed;
  • to access your personal information;
  • to object to processing;
  • to erasure or blocking of your personal information;
  • to damages for inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, false, unlawfully obtained or unauthorised use of personal information;
  • to data portability;
  • to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete information; and
  • to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.

To exercise these rights, contact our Data Protection Officer at [email protected], or for PickleMeet, [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request. PickleMeet users can also delete their account anytime under Settings → Delete Account. A few tax-relevant records may be kept after deletion, because the law requires it.

Children

Our security and network services are intended for adults and businesses. PickleMeet users must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required where they live. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that age without the consent of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Please also read our Terms and Conditions, Cookie Policy and Refund Policy.
