Refund Policy

Technocom Enterprise · Effective and last updated: October 29, 2026

Scope

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains what happens when plans change. Part A covers deposits and payments made to Technocom Enterprise (also known as Technocom Systems) for products, including CCTV, security and network equipment, and for installation services. Part B covers PickleMeet, our pickleball app for booking courts at partner facilities, joining open play sessions and tracking games. It is written in plain language and does not take away any right you have under Philippine law, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394) and the Internet Transactions Act (RA 11967).

Part A

Products and Installation Services

A1. How to Request a Refund

Email us at [email protected] with your name, your invoice or reference number, and the reason for your refund request. Once your request is approved, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days.

A2. Refund Conditions

  • Cancelled orders: deposits and payments may be refunded if the order is cancelled before the items are dispatched, or before installation is scheduled to start.
  • Defective items: defective items are covered under the applicable manufacturer or product warranty. Technocom will repair, replace or refund defective items in accordance with that warranty.
  • Completed installation work: installation work that has already been completed and rendered is not refundable. If you have concerns about the quality of our workmanship, please let us know and we will work with you to address them.

A3. How Refunds Are Returned

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Where this is not possible, the refund will be made by bank transfer. You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.

Part B

PickleMeet

This is the same policy published at www.picklemeet.net/refunds.

B1. Who Handles What

  • Venues and organizers own the courts, run the sessions, set their prices and posted rules, and receive your payment directly. Because they hold the money, they decide and pay any court or session refund under their own policy.
  • PickleMeet runs the booking platform, the open play queue and decks, and Premium. We bill Premium directly and handle Premium refunds.
  • Our payment providers, PayMongo and PayPal, process online payments under their own terms.

If something goes wrong, contact the venue or organizer first. If you can’t sort it out, contact us and we will help coordinate.

B2. Court Bookings: Final Once Confirmed

  • A court booking is confirmed once the venue verifies your payment.
  • Confirmed bookings are final. They cannot be cancelled, refunded or rescheduled, unless the venue chooses to allow it. That choice is at the venue’s discretion.
  • Check the venue, date, time, court and amount carefully before you pay.
  • Transfers: you may give your booking to another player if you tell the venue before the booking time.
  • Late arrival: your slot still ends at the booked time. Lost time is not refunded.

B3. Open Play Sessions: Final Once Verified

  • Reserve a slot, pay the organizer the exact total shown at checkout, and upload your receipt within the hold window.
  • Your slot is confirmed only when the organizer verifies your payment.
  • Once the organizer verifies your payment, the booking is final and cannot be cancelled or refunded, unless the organizer chooses to allow it.
  • Waitlist: you pay only once you get a confirmed slot.
  • Pausing in the queue (to rest, for an injury or to leave early) is not a cancellation and is not refunded.

B4. DUPR-Rated Sessions

The same open play rules apply. DUPR records and calculates ratings, and rating issues are not grounds for a session refund. We will help you check that your results were sent correctly.

B5. No-Shows

No-shows are not refunded. In open play, organizers may give your deck spot to the next player after a short grace period. Repeated no-shows may lead a venue to limit your bookings.

B6. What Is Always Made Right

Whatever a venue’s or organizer’s rules say, you are entitled to a refund or fix if:

  1. you were charged twice, or charged an amount different from what checkout showed;
  2. you paid but your booking or slot was never confirmed, and it can’t be confirmed before play time;
  3. the venue closes or cancels your slot (for example rain on outdoor courts, a power outage, flooding, a typhoon signal or maintenance). You choose a full refund or a free move to another available slot; or
  4. the organizer cancels the session, or it doesn’t go ahead. Every paid player gets a full refund or, if they accept it, credit.

For cases 1 to 4 on court or session payments, the venue or organizer that received your money must issue the refund. PickleMeet will contact them and follow up for you. If PickleMeet itself charged you wrongly (for example for Premium), we refund it directly.

B7. Premium (PHP 149 a Month)

  • Premium renews monthly on your billing date until you cancel.
  • Cancel anytime in your account settings. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for. You keep Premium until then and are not charged again.
  • The current paid period is not refunded, except for a billing error under Section B6.
  • We will give at least 30 days’ notice before any price change.

B8. Platform Usage Fees (for Venues and Organizers)

  • PickleMeet bills platform usage fees to partner venues and organizers based on actual use of the platform.
  • Fees for usage already provided are not refundable.
  • Venues and organizers must report a billing error, duplicate charge or unauthorized transaction to [email protected] within 7 days of the invoice or charge. Approved corrections are processed within 5 to 7 business days.

B9. How to Ask for a PickleMeet Refund

  • Court or session: contact the venue or organizer from the booking page.
  • Premium, or a Section B6 case not resolved by the venue: email [email protected].
  • Include your booking reference, the payment reference or receipt, the date and amount, the venue or organizer name, and a short note or screenshot.

B10. Processing Times

  • PickleMeet replies to support requests within 3 business days.
  • Refunds of court and session payments are sent by the venue or organizer under its own policy. How fast the money arrives depends on the payment method and your payment provider.
  • Premium refunds from PickleMeet go back to your original payment method.

Part C

For All Services

C1. Keep Your Details Safe

Never send your password, one-time PIN (OTP), full card number, or payment account login details. Technocom and PickleMeet will never ask for them.

C2. Disputes and Chargebacks

  • Please contact us (or, for PickleMeet bookings, the venue or organizer) before disputing a charge with your payment provider. Most issues are faster to fix directly.
  • If you think a payment wasn’t made by you, contact your payment provider right away and tell us, so we can secure your account and keep the records.
  • If a chargeback is filed while a refund is already being given for the same payment, the duplicate amount may be recovered.
  • Accounts linked to fraud or abusive chargebacks may be suspended under our Terms and Conditions.
  • If a complaint can’t be settled, you may bring it to the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) or another proper Philippine authority.

C3. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version with a new date and tell PickleMeet Premium members and active venues before major changes take effect. Orders, bookings and payments follow the policy in effect when they were made. Related policies: Privacy Policy · Terms and Conditions · Cookie Policy.
